Image resolution requirements:
The images of inkjet painting are often very large. We should understand the truth that "deep in Lushan Mountain, I don't know the true face of Lushan Mountain". The same is true for inkjet images. If you use printing resolution for large images, you'll be exhausted. However, there is no standard requirement for the resolution of inkjet image. The following is my personal resolution for different sizes

Generally speaking, 72dpi / inch is enough for photo realistic. If the image is too large (for example, the file size exceeds 400m when the new image is displayed in Photoshop), the resolution can be reduced to within 400m.
Image mode requirements:
Inkjet printing unified use of cmky mode, the use of RGB mode is prohibited. Today's inkjet printing machines are all four-color inkjet printing, and its color is quite different from the printing color. Of course, when drawing according to the printing standard, the ink-jet printing company will adjust the color of the picture to be close to the sample.
You can use either cmky mode or RGB mode. Note that in RGB, the value of bright red is defined by cmky, that is, M = 100, y = 100.
Requirements for black part of image:
喷绘和写真图象中都严禁有单一黑色值，必须填加CMY色，组成混合黑。假如是大黑，可以做成：C=50 M=50 Y=50 K=100。特别是在PHOTOSHOP中用它带的效果时，注意把黑色部分改为四色黑，否则画面上会出现黑色部分有横道，影响整体效果。

Image storage requirements:
Inkjet and photo images are best stored in TIF format, but do not use compressed format.
As for the points, it depends. Generally 30dpi for inkjet painting and 72dpi for portrait. If the picture is large, it can be reduced accordingly. The minimum number I've ever done is 10dpi, 300 square. If it is larger, it can be divided into several sections. Generally, the photo should not be less than 50dpi. As for the small number of points, the picture will not become blurred, but will produce strong sawtooth. On the contrary, if you increase the number of points and enlarge the picture, it will become blurred, and the sawtooth will be less obvious. In general, you can do it in both ways.
As for the compression format, the general requirement of inkjet company is to use tiff, CMYK format. In fact, it's OK to use JPG, but the compression ratio must be higher than 8, otherwise the picture quality is not guaranteed. If the original image is small and blurry after being enlarged, the clutter can be increased appropriately.
25-30 o'clock is enough for inkjet printing. Our company is Israel's zeyland, and the US's Witt. The final points are 23.125 (Witt's). When you make a large number of points, you will also reduce the number of points. It's better to use CMYK when drawing, because there is still a difference between inkjet and RGB display. Taking the screen as the support, the screen is tightened on the screen frame, and then the photosensitive glue is coated on the screen to form a light sensitive plate film. After exposure and development, there is no need for the plate The over inked part forms a curing plate film under light, which seals the mesh and prevents ink penetration during printing. The mesh of the part on the printing plate that needs to be inked is not closed. During printing, the ink passes through and forms black marks on the substrate. Screen printing ink layer is relatively thick, color performance is poor, if you want to get better results, you can increase the mesh number, at least more than 300 mesh / inch. Generally, there is no requirement for production, which can meet the quality requirements. It is not as high as offset printing or bump printing.
